speedo conversion

Anyone converted an analogue speedo to digital? Best kit? Was looking at these gauges:

Most who do this use a GPS speedo so there is no need to alter anything other than fitting the new speedo. Otherwise it does become more of a task than it has to be

When i eventually have the spare cash I'm going to replace speed with speedhut gps job. My gearbox cog seat has worn so mechanical won't work without pulling box apart. Not needed for MOT so no problem really.
