Things still wet and hasn't dried think it's because it's in a cold garage that may be damp and also the engine has had oil in it etc as it's been running, I cleaned it out a lot with towels and made it dry to touch but on that website they fill it before the engine has been built back up and oiled etc Gona have to spend a day there with heaters on it all day I think and see if it drys out fully as when I got a blow torch on it it tried to bubble up

Sorry to hear it's not going as planned! Hope the heaters work.

Wondering if it may be best to dig out the stuff you already did and start fresh with heaters at the ready?

It failed!!!! Had the heaters on it the other day for a full day it got slightly harder then bought 2 more heaters and a electric blanket was on at 10 am this morning and just been turned off and the stuff still isn't hard the garage was warm all day enough for me to be in a t shirt whilst it was below freezing all day outside the feckin engine and chassis was warm!!!

Gona dig it all out and put some different stuff in, this was from b and q and went upto 1250 in temp but didn't say on it that it bonded to metal only the b and a man said it will I personally think that this is where I made the mistake as the one the pros use is upto 2450 temp and bonds very well to metal as it states so Gona get some of that posted and in the mean time speak to robin and Kev from Penzance

Bloody thing is testing me lol

Sorry it didn't work !

Maybe a proper emissions intake would be a better solution?

Just wondering if robin will have an intake that will sort it instantly for you

This problem can be sorted with a gasket combination, one has a square hole the other has a rectangular hole
