rocker covers to head t bars

hi guys i bought a set of the above to tighten down the covers on the heads i thought one size fits all but on trying to fit them the stud on the bottom of the t bars sank straight into the threaded hole on the head on packet it says 1/4" x 20 must be a thread pattren anyone know what thread pattren i would need plz
