whats the best one to change out 3rd gen springs
front don't need a lot, and you can do them without. just jack and support body and put a trolley jack under arm, separate ball joint and lower slowly
swap springs (it may need a bit of pushing and a lever to get it in) then jack up arm
do keep your head out of the way though, just in case it slips
