Rear brakes

Post by johnny46 » Wed Oct 15, 2014 2:57 pm

Hi all

Does anyone know how the attached part fits in my rear brakes?? I have attached the only detailed pic I can find and it doesn't really help me, I have also attached the part in question.

I believe it's the part that the cable connects too but I can it figure out wheat or how it goes in.

It's for me 77 trans am

Thanks in advance guys

Johnny

Have a look at this

This details the whole lot.

The part your holding is for the park brake and sits behind the rear brake shoe in the drum assembly
