3rd gen decat

got a 90/91 thirgen twin cats.

does a decat pipe exist for this ?

They do but from the states

But if you order from summit and use I-Parcel as delivery method you pay all taxes upfront so it doesn't get held up in customs when it arrives here.

The link above includes some y pipes for aftermarket cats as well so check that the one you look at is for decat

if i remove them does the car run ok or does it need setting up .

also where do the small pipes go that come of each cat

car will run fine/better with cats removed
the pipes go to the air injection pump, just leave them disconnected or remove them

would like stainless but cant stretch to it just now.

existing exhaust is a disaster and need ripping out.
