4th gen v6 aftermarket headers

Are aftermarket headers worth it for a 4th gen v6? I need my header gaskets changed and whilst that's happening it makes sense to do the plugs and leads at the same time as they look like a real mission to do with the stock manifolds in the way. But if the manifolds are coming off anyway to change the gaskets is it worth replacing with some better ones, which can A make it easier to change the plugs next time and B make my car faster... if do where do I get them? I've seen v8 headers around, but haven't really seen any for a v6.
