To cat or de-cat
Evening All,
Having had the vehicle on the road for aabout 2 weeks, I realised some rattling appeared in the exhaust system.
Turns out the rattling was the CAT failing, It had broken up inside.
I am debating whether or not to de cat or not. I realise my car doesn't have the benefit of a turbo so I am not entirely sure of the gains/benefit of de-cat. It easier and cheaper to fit a new cat.
Any thoughts on the above?

I had the same problem, so put on a sport cat. Amazing the difference. Love it.

Re: To cat or de-cat
I was thinking about this system: http://www.summitracing.com/int/parts/w ... /overview/
As this system fits behind the cat, which other part do I need to(maybe)exclude the CAT?

I agree, Robin at Autopontiac is the one to speak to for advice. I just got a generic sport cat off eBay. Worked perfect.
