Bolt Pattern

5 x 4.75" or 5 x 120.65 mm. BMW fitment 5x120.0 will fit 4th gen cars and many members do use them or have used them. You just need to ensure you use hub centric rings (spigot rings).

For WS6 wheels the factory offset is +50 and they are 9 inch wide. These measurements are sometimes referred to as ET and J. For example 18 inch wheels with an offset of ET50 and 9J.

Wheel Nut Size:

M12X1.5 pitch thread - Cone Seat style, with a 19mm head size.

Recommended wheel offsets and suitable tyre size for the many different wheel widths available:

The numbers in the columns are as follows:

WIDTH ..... OFFSET ......... WIDTH OF TYRE

Front and rear wheels

7.0" ..... +35 to +40 mm .... 215, 225, 235
7.5" ..... +35 to +45 mm .... 215, 225, 235
8.0" ..... +38 to +55 mm .... 225, 235, 245
8.5" ..... +38 to +45 mm .... 235, 245, 255
9.0" ..... +38 to +56 mm .... 255, 265, 275
9.5" ..... +38 to +56 mm .... 255, 265, 275, 285
10.0" ... +38 to +48 mm .... 265, 275, 285

Rear wheels only

10.0" ... +38 to +54 mm .... 275, 285, 295
10.5" ... +38 to +50 mm .... 285, 295, 305, 315
11.0" ... +45 to +56 mm .... 305, 315, 335

Please remember this is just a guide to get you in the ballpark. The lower the offset number, the further the wheels will stick out from the hub. This measurement is directly affected by the wheel width too.
