Wheels back from Autowerks. My god, they are stunning!

Post by Taffy » Wed Dec 11, 2013 6:33 pm

Got my wheels back from my mate Harry at Autowerks last Friday and I am truly blown away with the workmanship, what an amazing job he has done.

He kindly took some before, during and after pictures and even a video of them being diamond cut on the CNC machine.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

BEFORE

AFTER STRIPPING AND SHOT BLASTING. NOTE HOW ROUGH THE CASING IS! :o

AFTER PAINTING. NOTE HOW SMOOTH THE FINISH IS WITH NO CASTING IMPERFECTIONS.

ON THE CNC MACHINE. OPTICAL PROBE READING THE PROFILE OF THE WHEEL.

HERE IS THE VIDEO OF THEM BEING CUT.

Like I said, amazing workmanship and I am one happy Taffy! Anyone interested in Harry do their wheels, this is his website. http://the-autowerks.com/ Just mention me or give me a shout and I'll contact him for you. He has an amazing portfolio and specialises in some top end vehicle makes from Audi to Porsche and Ferrari.

All comments welcome.

Paul.
