Hi All,
I have gone to great expense and bought a Edelbrock 1405 carb to sit on my 350 Pontiac lump, firstly throttle and kickdown cable do not fit but after reading some other threads on here understand that there are kits available from Summit Racing, but here is the bug bear..... on one side is a large brass extension which I have been told has a pipe that runs to the valley pan, and on the other side is a threaded area which I have been told is to run to the brake booster but as usual there is no adaptor supplied with the carb to allow this, is there such a thing or have I just put the carb totally back to front!!! just want to check, before I ring Summit Racing tomorrow and sound like a complete and utter moron
Thanks
Dave

Re: Edelbrock 1405
adaptor kit is probably available, though easiest option would be to try local hose/pipe specialist
