need pics of TPI harness routing

Post by Newcastle knight » Mon May 26, 2014 9:19 am

Hi all,

Anyone with an 87 TPI engine able to help me out ? im having a right headache getting the wiring harness back into my car properly, mostly on the drivers side around the brake booster area where part of harness goes over the booster and part of it goes under i think, it just isnt playing ball at the minute and the reference pics i took before swapping engines arent helping me out in this instance

I just need a load of decent pics of the wire routing around the drivers side if possible

Thanks,

Scott

Nope. lol Funny you should say that as ive got a mint 88 wiring harness in a box that i bought a while ago, which i was told would fit my car and does it hell. just advertised it for sale on thirdgen.org, i pulled it out the box this afternoon to compare with mine as theres still cut wires etc and take some pics.

the 87 has the alternator on the other side and the lighting harness is all part of it, whereas its all separate on the 88 and newer ones.
