Have a look through the Electrical Technical section, this is a common problem I believe. The answer could be there.

Quite often it's a problem with the gear in the motor housing. It's easy to repair which is the good news, you're best bet is to purchase the gear and also the 3 short dowels that fit into the gear wheel. They are available from e-bay or somewhere like Top Down Solutions, i'd post a link but still at work and e-bays blocked :veryangry:
You'll need to take headlight unit out though to replace this, again not too difficult. The motor has 3 bolts which holds cover on, undo these and the nut at end of drive shaft and the cover pops off easily. Simply a case of removing existing gear, the remnants of the 3 plastic dowels which supported it and replace with new items.

I have moved this topic into Electrical where it should be seen more and get the answers to this problem quicker.
