I would like to fit a radio in my 2nd gen, however all that is there is a hole for the radio. What do i need to ask for in a motor shop to fit a radio? is it called a single din radio cage?
I was thinking i need one of these

if the hole is the right size that will work, you push it in then bend the tabs out to hold it in place. as long as that fits your radio

That's what I used to put the stereo in my '77, push in, bend tabs over to hold, but for extra support, I made a spacer to fit between top of ash tray frame and din cage and glued in with panel adhesive.
