Has anyone seen this before on ebay?

It seems remarkably cheap for what you get - am I missing something?!!!

Normally using chinese turbos. But I know a few people that get the kit for all the bits then when the turbos give they upgrade to better ones.

Its not the best of quality but depends what you want to use it for.
