Hi guys,
I have a 4th Gen Trans Am and it is not starting on the first turn of the key, I have to turn it several times. The battery gauge is showing the battery to have plenty of power. Each time I turn the key I just hear a single 'click'.
Trying to work out what it is, I have a rough idea from searching the net but thought I would see if there was anyone else with a Trans Am who has had the same problem and can point me in the right direction.
Cheers
Takes time to start...

if the battery is good, and it only clicks when you turn the key then there is 2 or 3 possible reasons
1- faulty starter
2- faulty earth or power leads/connections
3- ign. switch or relay
first 2 are most likely
