Whats the deal with Xenon headlamps now? Mine has them but as they weren't factory and therefor have no leveling device do I have to convert them back to normal lights?

And also I have an aftermarket steering wheel without an airbag, but the car originally came with an airbag, is that a fail? I'm guessing I'll have to do something about the airbag light on the dash but do I need to put an airbag back in as well?

only factory fitted xenon lights with self leveling are testable
take the bulb out of the airbag light (if it dose not illuminate it dose not fail)
only a light indicating a fault is a failure
being non-uk vehicle airbag fitment as standard is not certain so should not fail
