Early MOT to put 12 months on the car

Post by knight2000uk » Mon Mar 26, 2012 6:05 pm

Hi folks, KITTs mot is not due until June 29th 2012 and had a buyer ask if I could re mot the car for them (3 months or so early) Is this possible or is the month before due what it has to be?

All the best

Stu

I'm sure you can MOT anytime you want, the month before rule only applies if you want to get the new MOT starting from the expiry of the old one.

ya can test it when ever you like can have one ever week if you wish
but if it has any more then a month left on it then it will loose all that time and just end the date of test next year
