3rd Gen Drivers seat not moving.
My Drivers seat is not moving on the runners at all. I found a small spring on the floor under the seat which looked a bit worrying. Before I take the seat out, I guess it must be something to do with the runners?

Re: 3rd Gen Drivers seat not moving.
im not sure how thirdgen seats are, but on my 2nd gen passeger seat i had the same thing. No movement on the runners and a spring on the floor.
Took the seat out and worked out that the spring connected on one end to the release level, and then the other end connected to a ratchet pall/tang on the opposite runner.
i would imagine its the same kind of thing with the thirdgen.

If the spring had broke it wont move. Unbolt it and repair
