Hi all - It's getting ready for that time to paint - but before i do is there any one that
can advise me on what product / primer 1 can use on the front nose cone to stop the paint cracking
over time ? -or can i use - Mipa 2K - Elastic in a 2 k primer ?

I think the majority of 2nd gens suffer from cracks on the nose cone. I believe that Rocky has found a way to prevent it so I'll leave it for him to answer this one!!

Thanks for your reply kev - sorry to ask more questions but did you use a plastic adhesion promoter on the nose cone before spraying the primer ?
and do i take it you used the 2k elastic in the primer' if so was it easy to block and sand ?

Not really needed with modern paints but can be used as an extra measure. A lot of the early types had bonding issues.
